#1 Will search for "UK GREENBELT LAND DEVELOPMENT" as a literal string. Finding just "GREENBELT LAND" would not not return a result.
#2 Will search for any of the words "UK", "GREENBELT", "LAND","DEVELOPMENT". If it finds at least one of the words it will return a result.
#3 Will search for all of the words "UK", "GREENBELT", "LAND","DEVELOPMENT". If it doesn't find them all (they can be anywhere and in any order though) it won't return a result.
#4 Will search for any of the words "UK", "GREENBELT", "LAND","DEVELOPMENT". Similar to #2 but it will also check for different forms of the word. e.g. In looking for the word "DEVELOPMENT" it will also look for "DEVELOP", "DEVELOPS", "DEVELOPED" etc
#5 Will search for all of the words "UK", "GREENBELT", "LAND","DEVELOPMENT". Similar to #3 but it will also check for different forms of the word. e.g. In looking for the word "DEVELOPMENT" it will also look for "DEVELOP", "DEVELOPS", "DEVELOPED" etc
